Operational & Ministry Impact

Field Updates: Ministry Growth, Agricultural Progress, and Strategic Development at Hope Premises

Community & Ministry Growth across Local Churches

Our monthly support allocations (UGX 100,000 per church) are empowering local leadership to drive sustainable, community-centered growth:

  • Kisaka Church: Invested its allocation into a new coffee plantation to support long-term self-sustainability. The church is also experiencing joyful spiritual growth with several new members joining the fellowship.

  • Kasoga Church: Successfully organized and hosted a youth conference focused on fellowship, teaching, and encouragement.

  • Kiruli Church: Reserved its monthly allocations to fund a larger, long-term strategic ministry goal.

  • Regional Care & Leadership: To support congregations like Kifamba Church—where resident pastor Mzee Masembe Samuel has experienced declining physical strength—leadership teams from neighboring churches are conducting regular visits to offer fellowship and ministry support.

Hope Premises Agricultural Projects

We continue to steward our land to build long-term sustainability for our programs:

  • Coffee Garden: The coffee crop is well-weeded and maintained by caretaker Mr. Kabanda. Routine irrigation has been introduced to help plants thrive through periods of intense sunshine.

  • 6,000-Tree Eucalyptus Plantation: To maximize land utilization, we are preparing for a major eucalyptus planting campaign. Staggering procurement and timing the planting with the upcoming rainy season will optimize seedling survival and long-term yield.

Thank you for standing alongside us as we empower communities and nurture the next generation!

With appreciation,

The AROAD Team
